I have the same problem. I think it comes from seeing so much that gets by everybody else. I find it valuable to remind yourself of the things that are the most important that that you see, and that are the most important for those close to you that you see. And try to find some time to see nothing. Are you meditating? Emptying the mind gives you some space to fill up again :)

It's also a lot easier to see all of your own mistakes then to notice those of others. Everyone is screwing up at least as much as you are, if not more. You are just more conscious of your own. Cut yourself some slack, and realize that the more you screw up, the less likely you are to repeat that mistake again. It's the process of learning. Love ya, hang in there! :)
